After School STEAM Instructor - Snapology

Part Time • Harvard

After-School STEAM Instructor

Snapology of Harvard, MA

Pay:
Lead Instructor:
$30/hour
Assistant Instructor: $20/hour

About the Role

Snapology of Harvard is hiring enthusiastic, reliable, and engaging Lead and Assistant STEAM Instructors for our Fall 2026 programs. Classes begin in late September and early October and take place at schools and community locations throughout the area.

Our programs give children the opportunity to explore robotics, engineering, LEGO® building, coding, science, and technology through fun, hands-on activities.

We are looking for instructors who can make a consistent commitment to a weekly class series. Children benefit from having a familiar, trusted adult leading their class each week, so instructors are expected to stay with their assigned course through the end of the session. Bonuses will be available to instructors who successfully complete the full series assigned to them.

Fall 2026 Instructor Opportunities

We currently have opportunities for weekly classes and workshops in:

  • Harvard
  • Framingham
  • Sudbury
  • Watertown
  • Lincoln
  • Marlborough
  • Surrounding communities

Opportunities may include morning, afternoon, and evening classes, as well as occasional workshops and special programs.

Our current recurring after-school needs include:

  • Tuesdays – Watertown
  • Wednesdays – Watertown
  • Thursdays – Lincoln

Most after-school classes are 90 minutes to 2 hours and typically begin between 2:00–3:00 PM, depending on the school and program.

We are especially interested in instructors who have availability across multiple days or times and can reliably travel to our program locations.
